Set Up a Company Account to Expedite Your Service
Company Accounts are the best way to get your standard orders processed quickly. Your pre-paid account benefits companies by allowing us to sign and file your initial documents as the Organizer. To set up your account, please contact us by phone (310) 744-5896 or send your email to email@example.com. Company Accounts require a minimum of $500 deposit to be used against fees.
How does the standard File & Retrieve Service work?
Select File & Retrieve Service option.
Send your signed documents (in PDF format) attached to an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
After we verify that your documents are suitable for filing, we'll confirm whether you accept the total cost of filing (state's filing costs, etc.) and confirm your choice of standard or rush processing.
On your approval of the fees, we'll send you a PayPal invoice.
Once the invoice is paid, you will be notified by email and we will immediately submit your document for filing.
Upon completion of the filing, your electronic state-stamped documents will be returned to you via email so that you may print them and preserve them in your new company minute book.
